We looked everywhere for something that was special and wonderful and RASPBERRY! We found exactly what we wanted in Bear Lake, Utah. Raspberries grown in Bear Lake have just the right flavor. People pay mega-bucks just to get a taste of Bear Lake raspberries.
Some friends of mine went on a vacation in Los Angeles and ate dinner at a posh, expensive restaurant. The waiter recommended that they try some of their special, imported raspberries for dessert. They were amused to find out that these special raspberries were grown and imported from Bear Lake, Utah. It was particularly funny, because my friends own property at Bear Lake, and rent out their property to a raspberry farmer, who grows raspberries and sells them (probably to that posh restaurant in Los Angeles)!
